Bar Overdenture

Our computer-milled bars deliver optimal fit and strength because we rely on the precision only CAD/CAM design provides. And by using titanium, bar overdentures also provide patients with reliable biocompatibility as well as being comfortable and lightweight. We use special jigs to verify exact implant location and ensure a perfect master cast and ideal passive fit.

To make sure each patient gets the optimum end results, we will work with you to determine the ideal combination of hader clips, locators, and fixed hybrids. 

More Options

Because PCDL is committed to making the optimum overdenture for each patient, we offer a wide range of choice. We make locator overdentures for all popular implant brands, with and without palates. If you need a hybrid fixed overdentures, we use CAD/CAM precision to set the titanium substructure in acrylic.  Our fixed porcelain-fused-to-metal hybrid design is a good choice when the implant location and vertical dimension are ideal. Conus removable overdentures are a comfortable and stable choice for those who need five or more implants but have a reduced vertical opening. Or you may prefer fixed porcelain veneered to zirconia or hybrid or porcelain to metal/zirconia.

Choice of Abutment Types

Among your restoration choices are a custom CAD-CAM designed abutment, direct or solid abutment system, a stock milled abutment, and a custom cast-able abutment. We take pride in crafting the right type of restoration that will best serves each patient.

For that reason, we prefer to fabricate a custom abutment because it gives us complete control over margin design, emergence profile, angulation, and retention. Then, when it comes time to install the implant, you can be confident you’re working with a perfectly fabricated abutment and crown, with optimum soft-tissue architecture. 

CAD/CAM Abutments

Our CAD/CAM abutments provide a level of precision clinicians are increasingly demanding. Using a patient-specific design ensures the resulting implant is always anatomically correct and will provide an ideal emergence profile with accurate and precise margins. In addition, in cases with multiple abutments, you’ll find all are perfectly parallel. CAD/CAM abutments can be fabricated in straight Titanium, Gold Coasted Titanium, Zirconia, or Titanium nitride coating. 

9-Day Turnaround

We take pride in the timing of our production processes. Once you send us your fixture level impression or digital scan, along with a photocopy of your surgeon’s letter, we promise to send you a final crown, custom abutment, and final screw in just nine days.
